Fees
1. Overview
GetGoated operates a transparent fee structure designed to align incentives between founders, mentors (where applicable), and the platform.
Fees consist of:
A one-time deployment fee (for direct launches)
A standardized 2% transaction fee
A temporary anti-snipe fee at launch
All applicable fees are visible prior to deployment or participation.
2. Deployment Fee
Direct (Non-Mentored) Launches
$499 USD equivalent in SOL
Calculated in real time prior to deployer creation
This fee covers access to the platform’s launch infrastructure and deployment mechanics.
Mentor-Supported Launches
Deployment follows the same technical framework. Commercial arrangements may differ depending on mentor involvement.
3. Transaction Fee (Standard)
All trades are subject to a 2% transaction fee after the anti-snipe period.
The distribution of this 2% fee depends on the launch pathway.
Direct (Non-Mentored) Launch
70% of the 2% fee to the creator
30% of the 2% fee to GetGoated
Mentor-Supported Launch
70% of the 2% fee to the creator
20% of the 2% fee to the mentor
10% of the 2% fee to GetGoated
Mentors do not receive default token allocations. Compensation is derived solely from the transaction fee share.
4. Anti-Snipe Mechanism
At launch, an anti-snipe fee applies to discourage automated trading behavior.
Initial fee: 90%
Fee decays linearly over 10 minutes
Stabilizes at 2% after the decay period
This mechanism applies to all launches and is enforced programmatically.
5. Post-Bonding Fee
Once bonding is complete and the token graduates:
A static 2% transaction fee remains in effect.
No additional platform fees are introduced unless explicitly disclosed.
6. Gas Fees
Users are responsible for all blockchain gas fees required to execute transactions.
GetGoated does not control or set gas fees imposed by the underlying blockchain network.
7. Fee Transparency
Before deployment or participation, users can review:
Applicable deployment fees
Transaction fee structure
Anti-snipe configuration
Revenue distribution parameters
By deploying or interacting with tokens through the platform, users acknowledge and accept the applicable fee structure.
