7️⃣Launch Structure & Allocation Model

1. Deployment Cost

Projects deploying through GetGoated pay a one time $499 deployment fee, payable in SOL.

The SOL amount required is:

• Calculated in real time at the point of deployment

• Displayed prior to creating the deployer contract

This fee applies to all deployments.

2. Token Supply Allocation

GetGoated does not allocate token supply to project teams or mentors by default.

Team Allocation

• Default team allocation: 0%

• Teams may acquire tokens through a “first buy” transaction or bundling their launches.

• The first buy may be any size, provided it does not trigger bonding.

This structure is designed to promote fair launch conditions and transparency.

If a team chooses to bundle or structure supply differently, this must occur within the platform’s defined technical parameters.

Mentor Allocation

Mentors do not receive token supply.

For mentor-supported launches:

• Mentors receive 20% of the 2% transaction fee

• No token allocation is automatically granted

This ensures compensation is tied to platform activity rather than pre-allocated supply.

3. Liquidity Provision

GetGoated does not provide liquidity.

• No liquidity is seeded by the platform

• No liquidity is guaranteed

• No market-making services are included

The bonding mechanism operates similarly to Pump-style bonding models, where liquidity formation occurs programmatically through trading activity.

4. Bonding & Pool Structure

Launches operate through a defined pool progression:

• During bonding: Tokens trade via Meteora DBC pools

• Upon graduation: Liquidity transitions to Meteora DAMM v2 pools

Graduation mechanics and transition thresholds are governed by the bonding model.

This structure enables:

• Standardized launch mechanics

• Transparent bonding progression

• Automated transition upon graduation

5. Revenue & Fee Allocation

A 2% transaction fee applies to trades.

Fee distribution depends on launch pathway:

Direct (Non-Mentored) Launch

• 70% of the 2% fee to the creator

• 30% of the 2% fee to GetGoated

Mentor-Supported Launch

• 70% of the 2% fee to the creator

• 20% of the 2% fee to the mentor

• 10% of the 2% fee to GetGoated

Anti-snipe protections apply at launch, with fees beginning at 90% and decaying linearly to 2% over the first 10 minutes.

After bonding, the transaction fee remains a static 2%.
