5️⃣How Does GetGoated Work For Founders?

1. Choose Your Launch Pathway

GetGoated offers two structured pathways for founders:

Mentor-Supported Launch

Designed for teams seeking strategic guidance, positioning refinement, and coordinated launch support.

Direct Launch Deployment

Designed for teams who prefer to independently manage their launch while using GetGoated’s deployment infrastructure.

Founders select the pathway that best aligns with their goals and stage of development.

2. Application & Approval

Mentor-Supported Pathway

  1. Project submits an application.

  2. Project materials are reviewed internally.

  3. Approved projects are introduced to a mentor.

  4. Mentor must formally accept the project.

  5. Structured launch preparation begins.

Acceptance into this pathway is selective and subject to mentor approval.

Direct Launch Deployment

  1. Project founder connects to the platform.

  2. Deployment parameters are configured.

  3. Platform deployment fee is paid.

  4. Smart contract deployment proceeds via GetGoated infrastructure.

Direct deployment does not require mentor approval.

3. Pre-Launch Preparation

For Mentor-Supported Projects

Mentor-supported teams may receive structured guidance across areas such as:

  • Narrative positioning

  • Branding feedback

  • Go-to-market planning

  • Launch timeline structuring

  • Marketing coordination strategy

  • Community readiness

The goal is to ensure projects meet defined launch standards prior to going live.

For Direct Launch Projects

Teams deploying directly are responsible for:

  • Token design

  • Documentation

  • Marketing strategy

  • Compliance considerations

  • Community preparation

GetGoated provides infrastructure, not advisory oversight, for this pathway.

4. Deployment & Launch

Once ready:

  • Smart contracts are deployed through the platform

  • Sale mechanics are executed

  • Allocations are processed according to defined parameters

  • Launch visibility is enabled via platform exposure

For mentor-supported projects, launch coordination may involve additional structured promotion and network introductions, depending on the mentor’s involvement.

5. Post-Launch Phase

After launch:

  • Projects manage their own operations and treasury

  • Roadmap execution remains with the founding team

  • Community growth and product development continue independently

Mentor involvement post-launch is advisory in nature and not operational control.

7. Founder Responsibility

Regardless of pathway selected, founders remain fully responsible for:

  • Legal compliance

  • Smart contract integrity

  • Token design

  • Financial management

  • Community communication

  • Long-term execution

GetGoated provides infrastructure and, where applicable, structured advisory support — but does not assume operational control.

8. Fee Structure

GetGoated applies a 2% transaction fee on trades. The distribution of this 2% fee depends on the launch pathway selected.

For Direct (Non-Mentored) Deployments, the creator receives 70% of the 2% fee and GetGoated receives 30%. Direct deployments also include a $499 one-time deployment fee.

For Mentor-Supported Launches, the 2% fee is distributed as 70% to the project team, 20% to the mentor, and 10% to GetGoated, reflecting the additional structured support provided through the mentor pathway.

Anti-snipe protections apply at launch, with fees starting higher and decaying linearly down to the standard 2% over the first 10 minutes. After bonding, the fee remains a static 2%.
